ASYA MEYVE SUYU VE GIDA SANAYİ A.Ş has started its investments in 1973 in AVANOS county of Nevşehir Providence. Incorporated on close dates with Meysu and Aroma (fruit juice production firms) firms of Turkey, It has begun its trial productions by the end of 1975 and begun actual production in 1976. As from the year of 1983, fruit juice concentrate demands mainly being from Germany and from other European Countries, USA and Japan directed ASYA to increase its production capacity, and thus, fruit purchases once supplied from Nevşehir and Niğde regions has expanded and necessitated to make the fruit purchases from the whole of Turkey.
Both the cost increases for transporting raw materials to our factory and the quality end product demands from foreign markets has caused our factory to be moved to EĞİRDİR county of Isparta providence in 1993, where 30% of apple production is made.
The factory in which only Concentrate and Pulp are produced, has a daily apple processing capacity of 1.400 tons, being the highest capacity plant in Turkey. Having a yearly fruit juice and pulp production capacity of nearly 24.500 tons, Asya markets its production to both domestic and foreign fruit juice retailers, on a wholesale basis. Among its products, mainly being apple concentrate, also sour cherry, grape, apricot, peach, strawberry, quince, pear, and pomegranate concentrates are available. Asya provides the fruits to be processed by it not only from Isparta region but
also regions that are well-known for fruit production such as Tokat, Bursa, Çanakkale, Mersin, Aydın, Nevşehir, Kayseri, Afyon and Malatya. Producing in this way an added value which is not only on a regional scale but also on a nation-wide scale, ASYA has 9001;2000 and ISO TSE EN 22000 Food Safety (HACCP) Management System Certificates and Organic Product Processing Certificate (ETKO).
Our plant has been established on an area of 33.820 m2, 14.000 m2 of which is closed area.
